Please note that matrixaccounts is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.

For International Orders:
We provide a warranty for certain products. The duration of the warranty is stated clearly, on the information page of the certain product. The duration of the warranty starts instantly after you created the order. The order is created when you submit your mail. If we accepted your request to make use of our warranty, we will send you the exact same product you've bought before again. The replaced products will not come with any warranty and we will never replace them. Additionally the warranty for the originally bought products and every other product(for that you didn't request a refund) in that specific order will expire after you made use of our warranty.
The warranty varies for different products, and we are in no way obligated to replace your products, if we assume that you broke them by yourself. Additionally password-resets, if the password from your account got reset, are not covered, as you can reset the password by yourself and we are unable to track this.
